Rochester Symphony ticket subscriptions include six concerts:
Seating Level A: $198 for adults; $30 for students
Seating Level B: $132 for adults; $30 for students

What an exciting, transformative season we have planned! Over the course of the 2023/24 season, we will experience four different finalists in our Music Director search—each with the credentials, artistry, and passion to take us into the future. To be part of the excitement, become a season subscriber to see them in action. There’s never been a better time to be a season ticket holder.
As a season subscriber, get priority seating at all six concerts and pay $0 in ticket fees. Take a look at our can’t-miss season lineup in our season brochure.
AND REMEMBER–
* If you held a season ticket subscription for 2022/23, you have the option of renewing your seats first. Simply place your ticket subscription order by July 21, 2023 online or by calling our box office and indicate that you want your same seats.
* Tickets are only available for purchase through Rochester Symphony (not through Mayo Civic Center).
* If you are a first-time subscriber, you will get priority seating ahead of single ticket buyers. Visit our website to view a venue chart, find your seating preference and we will do our best to get you in your favorite area. Order early to get access to the best seats. Please call our box office if you need help choosing your seating area.
* If you prefer waiting to purchase tickets to individual concerts, single tickets will go on sale in August.
Benefits for Season Subscribers
SAVE MONEY
You pay no ticket fees when you purchase a subscription, even on additional tickets purchased later in the season. This is a savings of up to $24 per person. (Individual tickets incur a fee of $3 to $4 per ticket, depending on seating level.)
SELECT SEATS
Renew your favorite seats from the previous season or choose from our best seating before tickets go on sale to the general public.
EXCHANGE EASILY
Exchange tickets to any concert for another day, or another concert, at any time.
DONATE TICKETS
If you cannot attend a concert, return your tickets and receive credit for a donation to the Rochester Symphony in the amount of the ticket value.
SKIP THE LINE
At the concert Box Office, look for someone with a Rochester Symphony name badge and identify yourself as a subscriber so our staff can help you with any customer service needs without waiting in the individual ticket line.
Ordering Season Subscription
Seating requests will be finalized by box office staff to ensure priority seating is given to renewing subscribers. Seating requests for new subscribers will be prioritized based upon the date orders are received. Box office staff will contact you in the event that we need to help you select alternative seats. When ordering online, please write seat requests in the notes section of the online order page.

RENEWING SUBSCRIBERS
If you are renewing your season ticket subscription from the previous season, and would like to reserve the same seats, write “same seats” in the notes section of the online order form. If you would like to change your seats, and you know what seat numbers you wish to select, write your new seat request in the notes. If you would like help choosing your seats, please call our box office for assistance.
NEW SUBSCRIBERS
Specify the seats you would like in the notes section of the online order form. If you do not know which seats you would like to select, please call our box office and we can help you make your selection.
PANDEMIC PLANNING
While we don’t expect the Covid-19 pandemic to alter our upcoming season programming, we will continue to monitor the public health recommendations and implement safety measures accordingly. Any masking or physical distancing measures will be communicated on this website and directly to ticket holders through email.
