2023/2024 Season
NEW! Program books will be printed in September 2023 and be used throughout the entirety of the season until the final concert in April 2024.

Estimated 5,000+ copies to our Rochester Symphony community. Your ad will be visible for an 8-month time period.

SPECS
- File must be formatted as JPG or PDF only
- All files must be a minimum of 300 dpi
- Color should be in CMYK; Black and white set to grayscale
- Bleeds can only be accommodated for full page sizes
- All files submitted must be final artwork suitable for 8-month print run

DUE DATE
To receive the Early Rate, ads must be received by June 30, 2023. After July 1, the Full Rate applies. All advertisements to be included in the season program must be received no later than Friday, August 11, 2023.

PAYMENT
Full payment is due upon receipt of order. Ads not paid in full by the final copy deadline will be removed from the program prior to printing. Checks payable to Rochester Symphony.

Advertiser Agreement
Rochester Symphony reserves the right to refuse advertising deemed to be inappropriate or not in keeping with our mission and brand. In this case, advertisers will receive a full refund. Advertiser will indemnify and hold Rochester Symphony harmless from and against loss or expense resulting from claims or suits based upon contents or subject matter of advertising including, without limitation, claims or suits for libel, violation of right of privacy, plagiarism, and copyright infringement.
